Summer 2010 ... 'twas a good one!

We traveled ... a little. We drove east about an hour ... which has an old, but really neat zoo. With some animals we just don't see around our parts.

Carley was mighty impressed with the two elephants. So much so, we think we're going to head back before the snow flys!

And she thought the kiddie train was pretty neat, too ... especially since she got to ride it by herself.

We visited a kiddie amusement park in Bemis Point, NY. I fit on the train, but that was about it!

It was a warm one around here this summer. We really missed the pool, so stayed inside and enjoyed the a/c on those unbearable days...

But got on the bathing suit plenty of times, too!

The cousins came for a 2-week stay in July...which kept us all really busy, but lots and lots of fun.

...and we visted the beach for the first time this summer!
